That can be normal, but you should call your obgyn just in case. Sometimes when the fertilized egg attaches to the uterine wall, there is spotting. If it is not bright red, which is a warning sign, then there is probably not a problem. Take a home pregnancy test just to reassure yourself. When you see the two lines, you will feel much better.

i had daily light bleeding for the first 3 months of my last pregnancy. this greatly alarmed me and many trips to the er and doctor later they all told me the same thing. during the early part of your pregnancy if there is bleeding there's a 50/50 chance of keeping or losing the baby. well, that didn't help me at all! i wanted to know for sure what was going to happen-unfortunately they just can't tell early on. (i did have my baby and she is a healthy 5 mos old now.) however, sometimes you will have light spotting when you're period was supposed to arrive and you're spotting seems so light that it's probably nothing to worry about. a miscarriage is painful and comes with very heavy bleeding-you would definitely know. it is good that you're going to your ob, prenatal care is very important not only for your baby but for you. she may give you an ultrasound to see how everything looks or if she doesn't have an ultrasound machine strong enough to see at this early stage she may send you to your local hospital for one-they usually have stronger machines. at this point you won't be able to see much except for a little "blob" with a heartbeat. it's still exciting to see though. sorry for the really long answer but i wish you lots of luck and congratulations!

I wouldnt "worry" bout it unless like they said it turns out to me bright red..trust me i spent a month in the hospital with my second child because if placenta previa, and that was ALOT of blood..to where you need a pad...brown blood is "old" blood, so not that big a deal.

its very normal. Its older blood that was likely shed when the egg implanted in the uterus. If it gets bright red or is heavy enough to fill a pad, or you start to pass clots go to the ER.
Shortay is a retard. Sex is safe while pregnant, you may find its even more enjoyable!!!! Unless your dr says to stop having sex then enjoy!!!

Babysister is totally correct, the other that said it is not normal or healthy to have sex when you are pregnant, it totally wrong.
It is perfectly normal to have sex during pregnancy.
The further along you get, it might start to get a little uncomfortable and that is totally normal too.
Good luck, God bless
