I think what you are saying is you perceive that nothing you say is understood by people. Which means in the end that that person would be unable to understand others because they are not able to understand other people's opinions enough in order to help them understand their opinion. That would be indifference or selfishness which is a genetic personality trait.

Otherwise it's down to brain damage from injury or stroke. Or a fat tongue.
