mozilla firefox

Firefox is a really good browser to use. Internet Explorer is a pain security wise because if the security isn't set right, bad websites can do bad things to it, like install new toolbars, malware, and change your settings.

It's also very easy to move to Firefox because it can import all of your bookmarks from Internet Explorer. It also features a whole ton of plug-ins that you can add to customize your Firefox. For example, I have my Firefox does weather forecast reports which is really nice.

Firefox also follows web standards a lot better than Internet Explorer, so people who build websites will appreciate you a lot more because you're using a standards compliant web browser.

Whoa, most dangerous what? Browser? I think he is exaggerating a bit.

As for other browsers, there are many, but if your computer came with windows IE, there is no need to panic. It will still allow you to cruise the net, and download some other browsers.

I like Mozilla Firefox, but I use it altenately with IE. Some websites insist on IE exclusively, thats why.
Another windows browser is Opera, which is readily skinnable, and popular among younger windows users.

There is nothing wrong with Internet Explorer, as long as you know what you are doing. Have good security software and keep the Operating System uptodate.

Firefox is one other browser to use. Some say it is more secure. I have not seen this. I use both and to me they are the same. Never had problems with either.

Bill is right on this.

I use both as well as Opera and I must have to admit that IE is about the most stable of them all.

Those that tell people to us FF and that it is the safest along with other stuff like that, don't know what they are talking about.

Study, research (your on the internet, use it! ), read, and learn something about "Kill Bits" and you will see what and how these things work.

Hope this helps

your frnd is wrong. might be he is anti ms? theres is nothing like that. IE provides Browser Helper Objects, so that extra functionality can be added. But malwares use it in wrong manner. Mozilla will have its own probs. Better install antivirus antispyware, popup blockers etc. Both are good. !

ok IE is pretty secure but you don't want to download alot of toolbars. it is easier to hack into a toolbar and send you Trojans and viruses than if you keep your computer updated and toolbar free. fire-fox is the other top choice.

mozilla firefox is a popular alternative, but IE is safe as long as you do not download too many things and have the proper safety hardware, such as firewalls and pop-up blockers
