I mean while their team was at bat. I think it would take a minimum of 19 batters in the inning for this to happen.

Every triple play that's occurred would technically count as 1 player making all 3 outs.

As far as making 1 out in 3 separate at-bats, I don't believe that's happened yet.

Several have managed 2 outs/ABs in an inning, but I've never heard of 3 in the last 100+ years (maybe pre-1892).
