there are actually a lot of different discounts/deals for WDW and many do not require you even be a teacher. The best place to look for this type of discounts is SearchAllDeals. just start with a search term like "Walt Disney World". here is a direct link to the search result:

For the most part the only discount that you will find is a lower rate at the Swan and Dolphin. They offer really good teacher rates from what I hear.

Although not officially a Disney hotel, it is the next best thing, you do lose some of the benefits of staying at one of the Disney resorts, but if the rate is good enough I suppose it may be worth it.


Aside from that there really is not much else, offered by Disney anyway.

As a teacher in Florida, the only discounts I know of are free admission to Sea World and Kennedy Space Center. A copy of my teacher's certificate and a recent pay stub are required for both places. I think that offer is only valid for people teaching in Florida, too.
My local chapter of the teacher's union has access to slightly cheaper tickets throughout the year, but blackout dates apply and you must be a member to buy them.
