i'd say the only reason they'd need to talk to an ex is if there was children involved. for me there is still property that needs worked out. he never tells me and i never ask bc i don't think it's any of my business. i know they have to talk occasionally but when everything is worked out...that'll be a different story.

Many, many women overreact over little things.
If they aren't interested in getting back with their ex, then it's really no big thing and you just have to accept that she was a part of his life and sometimes they talk.
Men don't want to argue, because they aren't allowed to defend themselves. They have to nod and say yes dear. They don't want to open themselves up for being yelled at again.
Me personally, I hate yelling and I don't yell. So it really ticks me off when someone yells at me.

Sweet Pea sometimes they do this if they don't want to involve the girlfriend if it is issues with the children or something. But if it is something other than that he may be hiding something from you.
