The higher the cacao content, the higher the level of antioxidants. Sadly, saturated fat content also goes up, so you have to find a balance there.
Also milk chocolate and dark chocolate with dairy does not have the benefits of dark chocolate. Why some companies feel compelled to put milk in their dark chocolate formulations is beyond me.
So make sure your dark chocolate doesn't have any milk or milkfat in it.

Dark chocolates have high Cacao contents in it up to 80%.
Cacoa prevents against cancer and also good natural
anti aging product. It is good for many other functions
however I have forgotten now for which other things. One
thing I however know that these are no side effects which
is nice to know.

From what I understand dark chocolate is rich in anti-oxidants which helps prevent aging and also I think it helps in preventing some types of cancers.

They are tasty.
Have anti-oxidants and iron in them.
they also have an active ingredient thats similar to some drugs but not as strong, in short it makes you happy.
