Well there are lots there's SpeedupmyPC then there's a CCleaner which cleans junk and trash if you want to speed up internet get a ethernet cable the Search Speed up Ethernet

You need to read my 10 reasons why computers run slow.
1. Two many programs running at start up.
2. Not enough RAM
are the two biggies.
