It varies from woman to woman. A typical cycle is every 28 days. I use a calender to keep track before getting on the pill. You should make on the it the days you got your period. After count from the first day until you got 28 days and mark with a question mark. Then make a second count but on the next day of your last day of having your period until you counted 28 days. usually in that week you should get your period. It works for me.
