Yes, I have. It's all part of growing up in Hawaii. We're very affectionate here. Whenever someone introduces you to a friend for the first time in Hawaii, it's customary to kiss the person on the cheek and give them a hug. I think it's rather nice!
*Wonders if this is the same SkyyGuy21 as the cute blue smiley Guy; he looks different* *Swoons* I love a man in uniform! WooHoo! If not, then yes, I somehow remember getting the "most passionate kiss ever" after being asked "How Are The Kids Doing?" by some Guy I called "Daddy".

yes after a few drinks every body kisses strangers in a bar. you dont know them but at the end of the nite they are your best friend. LOL

My husband and I were at a WalMart when we started talking to this
couple. They were from Michigan. {We're in Ontario} Their son was
a dear young man with Downs Syndrome. He came up to me,
introduced himself and kissed my hand. His parents were horrified
but I had this huge lump in my throat. I told him that he made my day.
Before they left he put his arm around me and kissed me on the cheek.
It was one of the sweetest things a stranger ever did for me.

Nope. I wouldn't mind it happening, preferably with another guy, but I'd want to make a relationship out of it too. Hope he'd be ready and prepared for that!

Yes.
It happened when I was still 1, a toddler in diapers. I met this other boy toddler and we began dancing (really) in front of the KFC's Colonel statue. And he kissed my cheek and I have photos as evidence!
