I'm not talking about Michael's abuse charges, I'm talking about all the lies he told her when she interviewed him, like he said he was dating Brook Shields, and 5 days later she married Andre Aggasi, things like that.....

Because Frye lied to her and to her book club. She wanted to make sure that the people who trust her knows that she had no idea this dude was lying when she put his book in her book club. She was clearing her name and making him accountable for lying to the public using her name to promote lies and make money from lies.. If he had touted his book as a novel, none of this would have happened. His own fault.. He defrauded Oprah which caused her to defraud her fans.. That's why she called him on it...
Didn't need to do that with MJ, she was not involved in his situation. So she didn't need to clear her name or straighten things out with her fans.

Oprah is a pretend, jealous b*itch. The followers are uninterested in her disrespect. On Twitter the next day there will be a tweetathon commencing at 8:00am. it is the vogue #OprahRespectMJ. She at the instant made yet another assertion asserting she does not prefer to be Michael Jackson. This cow needs to maintain Michael out her d@mn mouth. I plan on doing Twitter and y!a the next day

because she helped him sell a whole bunch of books on the premise that it was a real account of his life. She felt that he made her look like a fool, so she wanted revenge.
I don't know if she is friends with michael jackson or not but I don't think michael ever lied to Oprah to get her help to make more money. James Frey used Oprah, that's the difference.

hey -- he lied to MILLIONS of people about his book -- it's either fiction or it's not! If I promoted someone's book and had them on my show and they lied I would def. have them back on, to explain themselves, reason being, many went out and bought that book b/c of her bookclub. Why shouldn't she let everyone know she didn't know he was a phony. How do you know her and MJ are friends?? I haven't seen a single picture of them together in recent years, she did have Janet on her show twice. What did Michael lie about to her, molesting kids? And what does that have to do with Oprah?? If that is the case he also lied to: Larry King, Barbara Walters, Martin Bashir and many others. Also, like it or not she had no proof he molested those kids -- she did however have proof James Frey lied to her....IMO, when you get to that level of fame and fortune you're damned if you do, you're damned if you don't.....it's always the people who will never have and wish they had doing most of the bad mouthing....

I do not know anything about the relations between Michael & Opera, but Michael Jackson should definatley get a bottle of Lea&Perrins Worcester sauce.

Because they are friends, and that wouldn't be right. But it's okay to drag someone else through the mud. Not to mention, she endorsed this guys book on her show which really made her look bad, so she had an ax to grind.
