In order to get into CSUEB MBA program, you need to:
1. Score 20% or higher on the GMAT in both the verbal and quantitative sections
2. Have an index score of 1050 or higher. To calculate the index score, you take your upper division GPA x 200 and then you add your total GMAT score.

None of the Cal State Universities are very selective.
This is not a ranked MBA program and is likely not difficult to get into.
