Not really, I'd use him as a good 4th back though, take another RB ahead of him as the 3rd

I would hold off on him. He is not the same RB he was a couple of years ago and the Browns picked him up basically on the cheap for one season. If you do pick him up, I believe he will be an "emergency" play more so than one you could use in a rotation based on matchups.
