I bought Super Granny on July 13, 2007, now I bought a new pc so I need to download it on here. How do I do that? I have my receipt with all the numbers on it. Can u help me? I can't afford to throw my money away like that. Thank you very much!

Never heard of the game, so I'm not sure about it, but many games can only be installed onto one computer due to safety precautions the companies (very righteously) have set.

Did you try intalling the game (I assume it is a CD game) on the new PC? If it didn't work, then the security feature included on the disk will not allow you to put the game on your new PC, which is a bummer, I know (I've had similar problems with programs). If you haven't tried, give it a go and see what happens. Also, if your new computer came equipped with Vista, then that could be the cause of your problems if it isn't working.

If you can't play it on your old PC and your new one completely rejects it, then besides brooding on your terrible luck, you can either contact the store and see if they can do anything about it (I doubt they will, unfortunately), or you can fork up the fifty bucks and pay for another game. The latter probably doesn't sound comforting, but if Super Granny really hits the spot ... then you might have to pay for it again.

Good luck!

Vista has a ton of compatibiliy issues. You might install it & then right click & choose 'run as administrator.' That's the only way I got my older programs to run.
