In charge of this site? I would create more sections and also create a seperate link attached to each question that would be a chat room of sorts where people could talk in general.
I would also allow each profile page to be customized more but not so much that it would slow down the page a lot maybe small things such as changing the background color etc...

put all the Gay ppl and emos in San Fran. and put all the Gangstas in Compton and then bomb them both. that would be good. oh and i would upgrade my comp while i was at it.
