most defiantly. a scream is just tuned out. silence is not.

Uh, no. That sounds all philosophical and stuff. But really when you are suppressing all the time, people don't know if you are suppressing rage, sadness, self loathing, frustration... or really if you are just in a quiet mood. After awhile, they just quit trying to figure it out and you are left alone silent in your angst.. eating yourself up inside when that is totally not productive. If you have something you want people to know then you need to 'scream' so to speak. Well I guess if you were to really scream, then it would be clear to everyone that you are having an issue.

If those around you are intuitive enough to decuce what you are feeling and thinking, then yes, you can communicate through silence.
Just remember, if you are in a horrible situation, and your silence isin't getting the message across, then find someone that you can trust, and talk.
Never keep silent until it is too late, never.

of course because sometimes when i talk or scream no one can hear me or ignore me but when i'm really silent they always seem to notice
