MATE channel 7 is a disgrace and Dylan Howard should be sacked, its not the first time he has f@#ked up as he was the one who named braun earlier this year, and also-for the people saying 3 strikes is too lenient they need to remember that illegal drug testing is only done because they players and the players association agreed to allowing the AFL to test for such drugs like in the off season and weekends, and as it was reported last week the players could easily walk away from the drug policy and no one would be tested for illegal/recreational drugs and the least they expect for their support of the drug policy is to have their PRIVATE medical records to stay private.

There is only one issue here - gutter journalism of the worst kind: trafficking in stolen goods, paying for crime, invasion of privacy. Is Dylan Howard trying to take over from Hutchy as the slimiest character in football reporting?
BTW no-one has yet been able to adequately explain WHY AFL players should be tested for drugs that do not give them advantage on the field and that do not pose a danger to others in the carrying out of their jobs (as opposed to pilots, doctors etc).

congratulations you have been succesfully diverted from the story which was demetrio's aim in attacking channel 7
remember that the same AFL that is trying to make this about privacy of medical records now, is the same AFL that earlier in season put pressure on WCE and Chad fletcher to release his medical records to the public so one must feel that this latest stance is purely a front
by the way, you should be informed that channel 10 in adelaide ran the story 30mins before channel 7 in melb
and 3aw radio ran it 15 minutes before channel 7 ran it
by attacking 7 they are taking scrutiny away from what by all means must be seen as a failure of AFL drugs policy
3 strikes is just way to lenient, i can support the anonymity being applied to 1 positive test, although the club doctor for that club should be informed, however players should be named and shamed on 2nd positive test

I would love to see teams protest on-field against drugs in some way - like the cyclists at the Tour de France earlier this year.

Yeah it was stupid. They need to set some boundries for the journalists (like little kids). They shouldnt have let him buy them. all the rights should go to channel 10 and fox sports.
