this question was asked by my lecturer, i have answer because of the albumin but she said that is no the answer?

37 degrees Celsius is normal human body temperature. So while "serum" is not a specific enough term for me to know what fluid you are dealing with, it is a safe bet that the serum becomes cloudy at this temperature because it begins behaving as it would inside the body, instead of being inert as it might be at a lower temperature.

Actually, I'm surprised your professor told you that "albumin" was not the correct answer. It looks like you are probably referring to "serum" in the sense of blood plasma, which has serum albumin as its major component. And albumin does experience heat coagulation, which is a form of denaturation. That is to say, the albumin clots up while changing its structure, and that would certainly make it cloudy. Perhaps the lecturer is specifically looking for the word "denaturation" as well.
