It's a hopefully to-be novel about four girls going to an elite school for the arts. (A writer, an actress, a singer, and a dancer.) They all have their own problems, including love trianlges, eating disorders, a suicidal and eventually homicidal classmate, as well as a number of other more minor things.
Well, that being said, I need a title. Desperately. I would appreciate any help that can be offerred.

I'd just like to say, before I state some vague ideas for possible titles, that it's probably best to write the book before titling it, at least in my opinion. I don't know if this is how most authors do it, but often when I read a book I'll notice that the title is simply a phrase or few words that was mentioned sometime in the novel. True, the author could have created the title first knowing they wished to work that phrase into their book, but seeing as this isn't your case, maybe as you write you'll come up with a phrase or few words that can also serve as a superb title.
I'd also reccommend creating the title after writing the book so that you can read the book over and ask truly ask yourself things like "what was the book about on a whole," "if i had to sum this book up in a few words what would I say," etc. I don't know how well you've planned out your novel (I'm sure it's very well thought out and there is no offense intended here), but personally, sometimes I will have one goal in mind when I write and as I'm writing it my original ideas will take on new frontiers and end up being different from the originals. Naming the book now would, in my opinion, hinder your creativity because you could come up with brilliant plot and feel the need to discard it just because it doesn't suit your original title.
All that being said, I'm still going to give you some vague ideas for titles simply for the purpose of maybe sparking some ideas on the style of writing and such that your book could take on. Needless to say, I came up with these in my head in a few minutes without even knowing plot and characters in the story, so hopefully you will take more time. These are just vague, and obviously you are encouraged to add/delete adjectives and make such changes as you feel suited. Here it goes:
The Complications of a Serious Art Student
The Artists of (Name of art school)
The Intricacies of Art
The Complexities of Life at (Name of school)
Artisitc Entanglement
The Perils of an Artistic Lifestyle
Again, just very vague, barely ideas. However, I'd just like to finish by saying that you should also consider a title appealing to your audience. Are you writing this book for young adults? Grown Women? Everyone? If you're targeting a specific group of people assuming they are the most likely to read this book, your title needs to interest them. Use words or phrases that would make that group stop and think, "this sounds GOOD!"
Just let the actual writing take you where ever it wants, and if there is some deadline for having a title, provide a vague one like something above and change/elaborate it later saying it wasn't well suited to the work as a whole.
The idea sounds really really good to me, and I wish you only the best in your writing!!

WHOA that sounds really, really great. Realistic fiction but not trashy or cheesy or cliche. Drama! I LOVE it!
Hmm...title-wise...? Hard!

It will come to you as you write it. A phrase you use will stick out at you and you'll know it's the title. That's always how it works for me. Good luck!
