yes i do think marijuana should be legalized. there are so many good things it could be used for, not only for a once in a while social buzz, but medical uses also. it's been proven that a lot of cancer patients that use pot are in less pain. no doubt the same could be used for others with terminal diseases and illnesses. i mean, what's the big deal. these people are going to die anyway, why not let them go pain free.

Yeah I bet all you do is watch them burn,lol. Yes it might as well be I mean so many people use it it is not much worse for you than drinking and is a lot worse for you than smoking. The thing is a study has been put out I saw a while back that was done in like Amsterdam or somewhere. It showed that teens and people in there early 20's who smoke pot, have a significantly higher risk of getting mental disorders. So I mean that along with the increase in lung cancer, and so on, it seems fairly safe. It should just be regulated like alcohol however. I mean like know one under 21 should be allowed to buy or use it. Then I would not have an issue with it being legalized.

Yes, I believe it should be legalized. I'm not saying I smoke it or, condone smoking it. It's just that there are HARDER drugs that should be off the streets. Angel dust anyone? I also believe since it's a plant which God created I think we as a whole should have it open for us. There are worse problems we should be dealing with then Marijuana. Poverty comes to mind. That is why I think it should be legalized and, that is only my opinion.

No. Once a month I go to the local psychiatric hospital where professors in psychology give free talks and you will not believe how many mental illnesses are induced by the use of marijuana, schizophrenia being just one of them. It alters the brain physically. I'm not saying that it CAUSES it, just that it could just be the trigger for something that could be dormant.

No as a matter of fact because of the condition of Global Warming, anything that involves millions of people burning something regularly means that the amount of CO2 released into the atmosphere would increase as well.

Yes it should be legalized I don't know why not, everyone smokes and its readily available, you also cant overdose and die from it, the government has no legitimate reason to have it still be illegal, you can thank a douchebag by the name of Harry J. Anslinger for the Marijuana laws in the US that are in place today

i think it should be legal with restrictions, like for medicine/pain and nausea relief. I dont think you should be able to drive when you smoke it, just like alcohol. And for those worried about the whole "smoking" issue and those worried about the envirnement, I read a recent health report stating it can be used in a nebulizer. (like the old bongs)

Yes. It has a death toll of zero. Which means mint candies are more harmful than marijuana and marijuana is less harmful than alcohol. If marijuana is less harmful than alcohol, then why does marijuana get a bigger punishment.

I don't know. i don't think so because it can harm you, and kids will only smoke it more because they don't have to worry about getting busted.
