No, I usually take great care in my e-mails and if I was pouring my heart out to someone, then I am sure it was meant to be. Peace!

Way too many times...it's like a sickness. If I'm upset or over analyzing I'll write and everything just comes out totally un-edited and in the moment of typing the e-mail I feel so good like on a rush but after I click send I get plagued with second thoughts...like maybe I shouldn't have sent that e-mail after all but there's nothing I can do to take it back right now so oh well. I've sent e-mails that I had send thoughts about and sent other e-mails to explain the reason behind the original mail sent...but I've stopped doing that and just say...oh well

YES! so many times! that's why it's good to write a letter to get your feelings out, but not send it. and then later right a better letter you won't regret. :)

yeah, I guess, like you put all your thoughts on it, then wish you never have sent it thinking about what they'll think about it, and you.
