trying to pull motor without taking transmission with it, having problems getting top bellhousing bolt on driver side, already removed transmission support and lowered tranmission, still no clearance for any tool i know of can anyone help

Pull the carpet back around the area of your 4WD shifter. There should be a plate that you can remove and get access to the bolts that you need. You will need those extentions but not as many as you would trying to go from the bottom.

on some cars you can pull the carpet back and take out an access plug for that purpose ,,a long extension with a flex head will normallly do the trick !

Take motor mounts out and drop motor down

nothing like a 2.5 to 3 foot extention on a air tool

I had to use about 30" of extensions and a swivel.

Just do it right and pull everything, Dont take short cuts.
