The majority of workers get the day off tomorrow, and since Labor Day was instituted to honor unions and union members, I'd guess that many Americans of both political parties and every part of the political spectrum would be flying a flag and/or honoring fellow workers.
So what's your point?

Why is everything a competition with you? Many Americans of all political parties work and hang up flags. I am a registered Democrat. I have the day off tomorrow and my American flag is already hung up outside of my house. I wish everyone a Happy Labor Day for tomorrow. I hope everyone enjoys their day off.

I'm a Republican, and I have to work tomorrow. Figures my boss is a retired Army General. Oh well, more money in the bank for me.
People from all parties usually get the day off. I don't believe it's based on your political ideology.

the federal government celebrates this day as well as all americans who run a business--look around tomorrow and see who is open-federal, state, county and city municipalities are closed and most places of busines except-police firemen and medical but staffing will be on call not as heavy as usual-so both parties and all affiliates are celebrating tomorrow--

Your enterprise does not "choose" to grant you hard artwork ruin day. there is not any regulation that mandates holiday day off or pay. in the experience that your enterprise chooses to grant you one greater ruin day, this is their determination, yet not required.
