No, there will be no WW III. There will be some smaller nuclear wars though. Once people get a taste of the food and water contaminated by radioactivity they will be against any future wars. Any local nuclear war will cause huge problems for the rest of humanity. For example, bombing Iran's nuclear facilities will create a radioactive cloud which will move from continent to continent and people everywhere in the world will start getting skin cancer, thyroid cancer, etc. That's when they will understand that they can not avoid wars no matter where they are fought.

There will always be another war. WWIII is 50 years away. China first has to annex the U.S. after undermining the economy. It will take another 30 years to recover the backbone here to fight back; and for European politicians to agree on a partition plan (I hear France wants Louisiana purchase area back).
