I stripped it down and didn't see the standard orange, blue, green and brown... Instead it is orange, brown, greyish and clear.

What is the 568B pin order I should be using for a standard end?

Much appreciated.

I'm not an expert, but I should think that the actual color of the cable doesn't really matter just get the pins in the right order - the colors are only there to make keeping track of wires easier. In other words as long as you use the same ordering the color could just as well be pink, purple and aqua-marine. If it helps just mentally translate orange = orange, grey = green, clear = blue or whatever colors it is you actually have.

Category six cabling should have the same color pairs as cat5. Clear? As in transparent rubber? It might be a color system implemented independently by the manufacturer of the cable. In any case, you can simply wire each side similar to the other, and you'll achieve the same results.
