Size 8 pants. Size 12 or medium shirt.
Maybe in Juniors sizes, 7 pants and 11 shirt.
If you are going by what is available in women's jeans at Walmart or Target, the numbers are often designated so low compared to standard sizing that you probably would take a size 4 pants.

Well, I'm an inch taller than you and weigh 4 lbs. more than you. I'm a size 9 in pants and a medium to large shirt. Did I get it right for you?
