Is there any way to access my running computer from someone else's computer as long? like a interactive video or something that would let me get into my stuff that's running on my computer from a friends house

You have Applications called Netmeeting/Remote desktop Connection. Netmeeting can be used if the other person is in the same network but Remote Desktop Connection can be used to connect different computers in diffrent places.

yes u can do that if you master your computer networking Connection you can setup by using your freinds or differents IP if they r using let say internet connection .
