What it says.

Lines up with an advertising slogan from years ago. The slogan?
"What you ear today walks and talks tomorrow".

You eat healthy food you will be healthy, you eat junk food you won't be healthy.

It is impossible for a person to have a personal encounter with God and later decide that He does not exist. "Once saved, always saved" means that a person who has accepted the free gift of salvation from Jesus Christ, their Lord and Savior need never worry about their final destination. The person who rejects Jesus has never truly encountered Him. That means that the person went through the motions without a personal encounter with God. That is much like sitting and watching TV without plugging it in. There is no power. To these people the phrase would be "Never saved, still not saved". If you have a personal encounter with the President of the United States, you will never doubt that he exists. You certainly will never declare that he does not exist, The same is true of an encounter with God... .

As far as the health aspects, I suppose the idea could be to make you aware that what you put in your body may become part of your body, so don't fill your body with junk. If you eat stuff with preservatives, food coloring, pesticides, etc. some of this may not be eliminated from your body completely.

This means that if you don't' eat healthy items you wont' be healthy since our body's energy and immunity comes from what we eat. If you eat lean meat, vegetables and fruits your body will get all of the vitums and minerals it needs to function properly. If all you eat is junk food and don't pay attention to what you body needs to operate properly it won't. Think of your car if you don't but good gas and oil and anti-freeze in it won't work properly the same applies to your body.

if you eat fatty foods, foods with a high fat content, and what is now labled as "junk" ,and many sweets, then it's considered unhealthy, so that's where the expression came from.

If all you eat are vegetables...well, then you're a vegetable. Which isn't a good thing when making decisions.
