When I was 15 my best friend had to move to another state and suddenly he lived 700 miles away. It is so painful at first. I do not understand how you can not stay in touch unless this is your friends choice. My friend and I are still best friends and that move happened 24 years ago. I wish I had an answer that would help you not be hurt but I do not other than try your best to talk to your friend. I will keep you in my prayers and I do hope for the best for you.
Peace.

Listen noor. I have had the same situation before with one of my best friend. Her name is Sarah. We were friends for a long time, and all of the sudden she told me that she is leaving to another state, and it will be hard to see her again. Actually, I was so frustrated, and extremely sad. However, I wasn't capable of changing anything. Though I tried to make her to stay, she left. Sometimes our best friends just leave to find a better life in terms of job or education. Anyway. all what we need to do is to move on! and wish for them the best life.

Aww, Noor, that is so sad. I know how you feel because my best friend on here is leaving too. I don't really know what to do either, it's so sad when friends have to part. Good luck.

Keep on touch with her the best that you can. If it is a friendship that is one in a million then hold on to it and the only way you can do that is phone calls and emails. I hope that you two stay friends. Good luck.

What happens at her destination might be better for her life. If it is, wish her well. The most we can wish for true friends is for them to live their best life. It may make us sad for a time, but if something good comes of it for them, it is worth it.

Tell her how you feel and wish her the best in her new place she has chosen to live. I would also ask for new address and phone number. Good luck!

the only thing you can do is accept it, not much more to say than that. he feels that this is something he has to do and if he doesnt there will be a bigger sense of loss and possibly resentment. It is a hard thing to swallow but it happens sorry hon
