A home center that is popular in the Midwest shows lots of different styles of garages and how much they cost. Labor and concrete pad is extra.

Get estimates from Lowes, Home Depot, Manards, etc, they all install garages. Tell them what you want and they'll do the work as cheap as anyone else.

I agree with the at least $18,000 estimate or higher- permits, concrete, site prep, materials , labor - it adds up quick.

Depending where you live and zoning, prices will vary. With the building, permit, concrete, excavating, electrical..you are probably around $18k.
