Get estimates from Lowes, Home Depot, Manards, etc, they all install garages. Tell them what you want and they'll do the work as cheap as anyone else.

I agree with the at least $18,000 estimate or higher- permits, concrete, site prep, materials , labor - it adds up quick.

Depending where you live and zoning, prices will vary. With the building, permit, concrete, excavating, electrical..you are probably around $18k.
