Yess, its heard if u say it from the bottom of ur heart.........
But some ppl r habitual of saying sorry... but they never mean it.................

It is not hard to say i'm sorry but in some situations can be very difficult

I try not to do anything that I would ever be "sorry" for doing. I'll say, "I apologize for that" but I rarely say, "I'm sorry," in that context....usually, if I say 'sorry' it's in the context of something like, "life isn't fair - sorry"

Not if I am truly sorry. But, sometimes if social decorum requires it, I do find it very difficult.
