I would have to include songs from the fallowing groups: ACDC,The Rolling stones, Areosmith, Van Halen, Queen, U2, Nickleback, The Who, BTO, Matchbox 40. These groups would be the basis of any soundtrack I would make.

well i'm into indie/alt songs with a good beat so i'd choose songs like
super massive black hole by muse
paralyzer by finger eleven
we've got a big mess by the academy is...
little cream soda by the white stripes
woman by wolfmother
double vision by foreigner
we will rock you by queen
ants by forgive durden
brianstorm by arctic monkeys
island in the sun by weezer
the suffering by coheed and cambria
u might be expecting pop/hip hop or like mainstream stuff but if u're into rock and stuff these are great songs
