By retail stores I mean no online stores. I've already found Ratatouille stuff at the Disney store in the mall and iParty. Any other places I can go to buy Ratatouille stuff?

Nah, haven't really seen good stuff other than party stuff at Party City near to where I live in FL or on http://partycity.com/
Walmart- nah. I looked, maybe the stuff was sold out but you can check there.

I saw some stuff at Walmart and like you said the Disney Store but other then that I don't know where else

I am sure you would be able to find them on many toy stores and department stores.
