I suggest you use ONLY professional sites, such as:
http://www.lexisnexis.com
http://www.westlaw.com
http://www.loislaw.com
There are also a few federal sites. But, as a rule, if it doesn't end in .gov then it isn't a reputable site (as far as free sites go).
Loislaw is the ONE exception, and it is not always free.

westlaw, but I doubt you can afford it.
