You can hock anything if the pawn broker thinks he can sell it at a profit.
If you con him into buying it, however, don't be surprised if he comes after you and you get your legs broken.

if u mean how to know when a yugioh card is fake then look at the down left. if u see a gold or silver symbol them its real. if not, then its fake. not sure if that helps u.
