Back patio and walkway to front was poured on Friday.

The color of the concrete is a blue-grey white... the original driveway and front paths (installed by builder probably four months old) is a white. Will the new dry to match?

Also, some areas are real dark compared to the areas surrounding it (appears wet as oppoed to dry). How long should I expect to wait for the "wet" areas to dry to match the "dry"?

Last question: There are two areas that devoloped spots very quickly that are much whiter than even the dry areas. They spots also have a rougher texture. Any thoughts?

William is right. It takes several months for some mixtures to cure completely and attain their full strength. You can walk on it, usually, the next day without damage, most driveways I see installed are taped off for at least a week or two before allowing cars to travel on it. However, the color will change considerably over a period of time. It will be what it will be, unless you mix a color with the cement when it's poured. Be patient.

Concrete takes a while to cure. Your color should match in a few weeks. The dark areas and the light areas will even out over a few days. Its just drying at a different rate in different areas. To reach its full strength concrete takes several decades to completely finish.

the cure rate for concrete is 28 days, its just drying at different rates it will all be white in about a week. You really do want it to dry slow its better for the concrete, your contractor should have told you that and also layed damp burlap on it and kept it wet for at least 3 days( to late now its already turning white it will still be OK) or put a curing compound on it.
the rough texture is probably just an optical illusion because of the different colors and cure time
relax it will be ok

cement takes about 20 to 30 days to cure out, the white spots probley had more cement in it, or dryed quicker,
