Nope, my husband has a full beard and he's not a spanner, and yes I know what a spanner is. Some women happen to like men with beards and chest hair.

If I knew what a spanner was, I could more aptly answer your question. However, anytime you use a qualifier such as "all," I must imagine you to be painting with a very broad brush mate.
