A friend of mines who apparently liked me, took me to one of the most beautiful restaurants I could ever imagine. It was a french restaurant with various foods, that they let me try, some for free. The restaurant was by the water. At the end of the night, when I didn't think that things could get any better, the waiter brings dessert with a gift box. Inside the box was a beautiful gold necklace. One month later, we started dating. I loved that night because there were no expectations.

i have few happy memories of my dad when I was young, but I once told my husband that when i was little and my dad would cut the yard with an old fashioned push mower. I told him how we would bug him to "let us try it" and how we could not even get it to move a few inches. I used to think he was so strong. He would cut the yard, and clean the mower. He would then play with us on the freshly cut yard. One Christmas my husband found one at an antique store and painted it and presented it to me to place in one of my large flower beds as a decoration. It meant a lot to me because it meant that he really listens when I talk to him and he knew what it represented to me now that my father has died. Its not chocolate and flowers but it meant the world to me.

I was so excited to see him! for him to make that trip just to see me...well that meant a lot to me.

My now husbands proposal. We went to a fancy downtown restaraunt (fancy steak house) and after dinner ordered my all time fav dessert. As I was eating it, I noticed somthing on the plate. As I got further into it I noticed the plate had writing on it..it said..Will You Marry Me? He got down on one knee and professed his love in front of the entire restaraunt full of strangers and got a standing ovation. It was a moment I will never forget.
