pinched nerve?

any ideas on how to relieve the pinched psyatic nerve in my lower back? im 6 mos pregnant and ive tried heating oads even icy hot and i lay on the opposite side and sometimes i still cant get up on my own

I wish I could tell you!! I got some relief by elevating my leg and using a hot water bottle, but it was never really gone.

With this pregnancy I have a pinched femoral nerve, and it hurts even worse!!!!!
