What type of license are you referring to? Contact whoever issued the license. If you don't know how, repeat whatever you did to get the error message and look for a 'help' or 'contact us' option.

It's happening to me too since last one day when ever I’m browsing on IE7( os , xp home ed sp2) for few sites but not for all. and using broadband WIFI for access.
