Are you bragging or asking a serious question? You know if you can outrun the other kids at your school, we don't. The questions are: can you take a hit without fumbling and can you make the cuts and gain yardage. Speed is not the best attribute a running back has....quickness and agility are. If you don't believe me, look at some clips of Barry Sanders. He wasn't fast, but he was great! BTW, I'm not a Lions fan, I just think Sanders was one of the best ever. Anyway, for your age, compare yourself to the other kids around you.

That's ok. But you are 13 and have yet to fully developed so there is still time to work on your speed. Continue to do speed drills and get into speed training and by the time you fully develop you should be gone with the wind. Hope this helps.

Good Luck

yea that is good..if you have talent youre definetly on your way to being a speed back you have a good overall weight aned speed-just work on your talent now.

and scarface-i was the same way with my school but some schools have players like this. i go to a co-ed private/catholic school with a bad head coach so we dont always get the talent. we have had a 4.6 forty as a freshmen tho (scooter monroe, played at MD is the all time kick returner there).

at 13 that is really good. Obviously as you mature you will get faster. Especially if you keep up a workout routine.
