I believe that they are common people. Yahoo SUSPENDS them to keep the e-mail account alive for extra revenue, and the trolls just create another one. They will never get rid of the trolls unless every one DELETES their Yahoo account. The trolls will leave with them, and Yahoo will lose some serious money. Then they will want to implement their Troll Guard, but by then, most will be with Google.
