It's stomach is very skinny unlike my other plump little goldfish. It seems like its sorta stuck on top and seems very sick. I just noticed this after i got back from my one night vacation. Help...

Oh yeah. I doubt it has anything to do with the ammonia level or the water because my other fish are very happy and health.

We really need a bit more information to be able to help your and your fish. As Mantra said, it could be stress related due to other fish in the tank picking on it and you would need to watch the tank carefully to determine if that is the case.
I would also suggest you watch it's feces. If that's white and stringy, it could have a parasite problem or an internal infection.
If this is a fairly new fish for you, it's possible it has an internal parasite. That's not too uncommon in goldfish that have been recently collected from farms. To treat that, you need medicated food designed to treat internal parasites. There are several brands and all better or larger pet stores and chain stores carry at least one.
If you have had the fish move than a month it would more likely be an internal infection. This can also be treated with medicated food designed for bacterial infections. Like the food for treating parasites, it's readily available at most pet stores as well. Do be careful you select the right food.
There are several other possible causes, however the majority of those are basically untreatable so I would select the medicated food that most likely will treat your fish and try that before anything else.

If its a baby fish, it can probably get bullied by other fishes, get less food and less rest. Why don't you keep an eye on it for a while, so that you can at least get a feel of what could be the problems thats bothering the guy..
