Because John Howard follows everything that demeted monkey George W Bush does so we decided war was a bright idea and that all the starving homeless children on our street can just die... What a crock of crap... What kind of a world do we live in where we think killing people is more important than feeding the poor.... A world run by a moronic psychopath is what! OMG finally sumbody agrees with me! That is so right and when Hurricane Katrina hit George Bush gave millions of dollars to ANOTHER COUNTRY days after a earthquake hit AND he went over to that OTHER COUNTRY and helped them but he wouldn't even take a second glance @ the homeless starving ppl down in New Orleans but decided he was just gonna help the ppl in Mississippi where the damage wasnt that bad.I cant stand him and his greedy and racist butt AND JUST BECAUSE HE WENT AND STARTED DANCING AND PLAYIN DRUMS WITH BLACK PPL DOESNT MEAN HE LIKES THEM.I guess he figured,"Wow the ENTIRE african american race is made @ me because of what i have been doing, maybe I should find some black ppl 2 hang out with and be friendly 2 so they will at least think I like them again." I CANT STAND HIM AND KANYE WAs RIGHT "GEORGE BUSH DOESNT CARE ABOUT BLACk PEOPLE" and i admire kanye 4 saying that

I have said that for a long time. I don't understand why money can be found for wars, space and other things, but not for human beings going without food, homes, health and dental care etc..
There is something wrong when our fellow human beings are not top priority when it states all men are equal.

it is terrible and hate the thought of it, that is why i am a social worker, i enjoy helping people, and i know i am just one person but i know that at least i did not turn my head to it and act like i don't see it, but it does not stop there, i only get paid to work 8 hours a day, but really work for about 12 hours a day and i don't mind it at all, it is knowing that i helped someone that makes the difference.

Thank you! I ABSOLUTELY agree with you! I've been saying this for-ever! (At least it seems that way...) We can rebuild (from the ground up) and entire country somewhere, but we can't rebuild New Orleans! WTF is right ! We can rebuild and entire country overnight, but we can't feed little children who go to bed hungry every night, HERE IN THIS COUNTRY! IN MY TOWN AND YOURS! We can field engineers, and nurses and doctors and GOD-knows-what-all; to where-ever; but we can't provide adequate health care here, for our own! WE can't honor our VETRANS with the healthcare they were promised! when they went off to protect us!! It's unbelievable! I "vote" for these things; YOU "vote" for these things; WHERE ARE THEY?? I really want to know!

bush, he is spending money on a war that will kill many people, and hurt others, and not spend any money on those less fortunate, if he did spend the money on that at least there will be some lives being saved

We spend just as much on the poor as we do on war. Why don't you write to Paris Hilton and her goonie friends to donate some of their "hard-earned cash" to the poor?

I agree. We must stop allowing ourselves to be controlled by fear and paranoia. Our priorities must change or the human race will not survive.
