Improve case ventilation and put a cooling fan on it.

That's a bit warm actually.

How many fans do you have inside your computer besides your cpu fan?

Can you take the side of your computer case off and check the temperature again and see if that makes any difference? If yes, you might do well to add some good chassis fans to your system.

Hard drive cooling fans are relatively affordable. Heat is a destroyer of the longevity and performance of your computer.

get a fan on that sucker, and use 4 screws.
