Hi,
It's a personal decision, but I like to shower in the morning to
have a fresh feeling and it gets me ready to face my normally
busy day. When I get home I like taking a shower just because I don't like the feeling of smelling like perm solutions
or the salon . So I guess it all depends on your work environment and how much you care about making the fresh
sheets smell.

Normally, I take a shower at night, just to be clean and ready to go in the morning, but some say it wakes you up if you shower in the morning. It all depends on your preferences..

I would say night if you want to sleep in the next morning, but if you feel like getting up a little bit earlier, take it in the morning
