Color Contacts?

Question

I'm thinking about getting color contacts but I wanted opinions on which brand is best and which colors would look good on me.

I have dark brown/black hair, changing brown eyes, and a dark olive / butter pecan skin tone.

The picture of my eye closeup, I have no makeup on.
Usually people think I'm always wearing mascara and curled my eyelashes, but my eyelashes are naturally very dark, thick, and pretty long.

Oh, I know I would have to get prescription contacts.
My eyes are slightly slanted and I have astigmatism - but thanks for reminding me.

First of all u have beautiful eyes. I would kill for your eyes. You really dont need color contacts. but if u really want them i think that green would look really good. If i were u i would not get blue. it looks to fake. (on some people)

You are absolutely beautiful. You are perfect just the way you are!
If you want color contacts you can try different blends of brown and green.

Ginarose has some nice sugesstions in her answer.
green, dark green, green brown blend, green grey blend, hazel brown, brown grey, grey.

You look like a model in the picture with the white top and jeans.
You look cute in the other picture with the white top.
You look sophisticated and nice with the glasses. But you look like you might be up to something a little mischievous with a little attitude and a bit not lady like. You also look a bit sleepy. But you look nice anyway. This is a compicated picture. You should see if you could sell it to an advertising firm.

You have the looks to become a model, but I would NOT recommend it. It is a rough lifestyle that has a way of exposing people to bad things which even the best, smartest and strongest people have a difficult time resisting. If you ever meet Owen Wilson, you can ask him. In fact if you ever meet any of those types of people you can ask them. Very few, if any have little or no scars.

If you are in your teens, I don't think that you are too old to study cosmetology or massage therapy. If that is what you want to do, then go for it.

lol. you just answered one of my questions. i would say go with green. i think that would look very pretty on you. i have green eyes so i would have to say go with it. green eyes are sooo pretty. btw: i think your pretty too. i like the 4th pic of you. i think you should use that as your avatar.

btw: you need a prescription for colored contact or even clear contacts. even if you have 20/20 vision because both eyes are not the same shape so yes you would need a prescription to get them and you have to get an eye exam annually in order to refill your contact order.

Acuvue is the best brand of contacts. i would go with green to add a dramatic sexy look. but they also have a hazel color for a more natural look. I think hazel would go best.

you should get green or grey coloured contacts.
a good brand is fresh look. you could use them with or without a prescription! :)
