I am sixty-one years old, but I used to be the cute guy in high school and college. I dated cheerleaders, beauty queens, teen models, the kind of girls that most guys only dreamed about - from my own schools, and a lot of other other schools too.
I could walk into a rock concert and take my pick. Girls would giggle and squeak when I walked by. Guys would moan out loud when I had a typically stunning girlfriend with me. I always used to hear that I "looked like Paul McCartney" (the "cute Beatle"). I always thought that I looked better.
I'm just sayin'.
You are cuter than average, but not much very more than that. That's still pretty good. Most girls would love to have your looks, and I'm sure that you are the object of that kind of sullen envy that the great mass of girls have all their lives. You know. You have a nice, slim body and a better than "okay" face.
But I would not have gone after you back in my school days. I could have done better.
Again, I'm just sayin'.
Count yourself lucky. You are better-looking than 85% of girls your age. I like the blonde look better than the reddish look, for what it's worth. Keep your figure - that's your best asset and it should last you all your life.
Nice to meet you. Maybe in some other lifetime... We'll wait for a hot summer night with a full moon, and we'll take a long walk along a deserted beach that I know, at night, naked and making silly small talk with the waves pooling around our ankles. If you have to ask if you're pretty you obviously have self-esteem issues. You're baiting us to say things like..."yes you're pretty!!"just to boost your self-esteem. Instead of asking us if you're pretty you should ask us for advice regarding what to look for in a good psychologist.
