i say alot better. but we are so obsessed with money as a people that it will never go away. money is on everyones mind whether you admit it or not. it is on top of your mind, in it, behind it and in the back of it. people are so worried about themselves that they would never do anything for somebody else unless they are paid for it, either it be money or some other compensation. only when the world is half blown up, hell maybe even all the way blown up, will we come together and abolish the most damaging thing to human civilization, materialistic worth. we are like mindless creatures loving more than life things that are made from the earth.

now how it will be is something else...haha.

Without money, civilisation would not have existed. For example, before money people bartered their goods, whether they be fish, wheat, weapons, wood, whatever their trade was, for things they needed. But this requires every man and woman to labour, instead of think and create. Essentially, ancient governments created money to employ thinkers. They would give them gold, and they could use it to buy what they need off the treades people. Eventually, gold became valuable, and people could now get what they need without actually labouring for it. With people specialising in different fields, they could achieve what a person spending 8 hours ploughing a field couldn't, like building the pyramids and great big boats. Without money, the world would be probably similar to Native American or Aboriginal societies. I wouldn't say it would be better without money, but those people did live happily and peacefully.

people would probably find something else to replace it....although today few people see real money at all...we get paid directly to the bank, we paid with plastic, etc. etc. no real money involved....I don't think money per se is the issue but the value people give to it, how much importance we put in it....a Picasso could cost millons, I won't spent a dime on it, does that change any thing? on the value of things?
How will the world be? does money change or has any effect in the world? or is the people'heart and desires.....

Stone knives and bear skins, my friend, and tyranny. Money is a means of voluntary trade. Without it the guy who grows the food would be in the crosshairs of every hungry man who does not produce something which that grower does not need or want. That's where the tyrant steps in and claims power in order to "set things right".

If there was a gatekeeper of the realm of the living and you were on the other side, previously dead, and now next in line for another stint in the living world, and he asks you the question:

"Well, what era did you want this time, did you want pre money or post money times? Hurry up and decide, you have one full second to decide."

I didnt think you would want to take snake pelts in the market to trade for dried opossums.

they'd go back to using chickens or we would have alot of thieves. people don't usually accept soemthing for nothing or they need a way of achieving things to survive. the result is a system of money, whether it is paper or livestock.

better, a lower lust of power and general wealth, most would be seen as equals and trading would be the main thing but that's impossible cause money would come along through someone or another just looking for something better. But the poor countries wouldn't be poor and big industries wouldn't rise, and pretty well we wouldn't have much at one end, but another extremity would be we might evolve quicker. hmm, hard to say...

Trust me, it would have been like hell on earth!

But still kinda like today. There will be people that would work for food and people that would kill for food.
