it has bumpy veins under it. is this normal?

That is completly normal, I thought there was something wrong with me too when I was younger but then i did some reserch. If the bumbs are very large and the size of a rice grain, you might want to see a doctor about cancer. But I think you mean littler bumbs which is fine.

Its completely normal to have one larger than the other. This simply depends on how your body processes things, and the order in which it happens.
The only worry is if one is changing in size. Then you will need to see somebody, but if it has stayed the same, then there really is no issue.

As for the 'veins', these are also completely normal. They need a blood supply down there in order to operate, and they also need some pathway to get to the outside world.
